When you go to La Cuisine de Moudéry, a village between Senegal and Mauritania, you save a plane ticket, stock up on sunshine and good humor, and treat yourself to Senegalese street-food cuisine to enjoy on site or elsewhere (takeaway or delivery). In Charpennes, Guigui and Mamad - who trained at top restaurants - take you on a gourmet journey to Senegal, a country that delights us all. Tradition is respected with the unmissable Thieboudienne, Mafé, Yassa and Tiep. But you can turn tradition on its head by creating your own bowl or enjoying the chef's excellent burgers. Everything is homemade, including drinks and desserts. Love to share.

Owner's Message
La Cuisine de Moudery is above all a story of friendship between two chefs: Mamadou Dia and Guillaume Cegarra.
In 2020, this friendship turned into a great entrepreneurial adventure, with one goal in mind: to introduce the flavors of Senegal and offer a gastronomic experience dedicated to Senegalese street food in the Lyon area.
Thanks to our experience and our love of cooking, we've succeeded in our aim: to make as many people as possible discover and love Senegalese recipes. We do this with the help of fresh produce, generous dishes and a warm welcome.
