Le Pain & Jo are our co-pains for life. A "boulangerie café" that promotes the values of traditional craftsmanship, local logic and eco-responsibility. All the breads are lovingly made from natural, homemade sourdough and organic flours: village bread, old-fashioned bread, wholemeal, meslin, petit épeautre, khorasan, but also pain du randonneur or a gourmet cocoa and chocolate. Le Pain & Jo is a bakery-café located in Villefranche-sur-Saône. It offers a wide choice of breads, from classic village loaves to gourmet creations such as sechskornbrot and cocoa & chocolate bread. All our breads are homemade using traditional, artisanal methods. Committed to an ecological and local approach, the house favors French flours from organic farming. What's more, our quality breads, which are easy to digest and keep well, are made with natural sourdough. To meet the needs of people with gluten intolerance, the establishment makes breads with rice, chestnut and buckwheat flours. It also offers brioches and viennoiseries made with AOP Poitou-Charentes tourage butter. You'll also find delicious cookies, brownies and cakes to enjoy with coffee or hot chocolate. Fans of pasteis de nata will also be delighted. Pain & Jo also offers a fine selection of cookies, including shortbread, granola and homemade crackers. It's a great place to stock up on goodies for breakfast or snack time!

On apprécierait également une plus grande variété pour les produits sales...mais mon petit doigt m'a dit que ca ne devrait pas tarder.
Sinon on a ici les meilleurs : pains au chocolat, croissants, kanelbular, cookies de la calade. Et cerise sur le gâteau...un flan pâtissier qui peut le faire faire 5 ou 6 passages a la recherche d'une place...on est a la limite du produit stupefiant !! Ils devraient l'appeler le flan Escobar !! Et les pains, traditionnaux ou spéciaux sont également vraiment bien. Bravo et belle continuation.
