The sailing, where you can stop at the bar outside the hours of service and on the terrace, offers a cuisine inspired by the air of the broad, with a good quality salmon. salmon gravlax, salmon steak, pavé salmon, lasagna with 2 salmon and spinach… Comfortably located in the main room, with the counter, or on the floor, you discover other pleasures on a well-composed map: Of land and sea, volaille poultry with ricotta and its candied lemon cream, an astonishing mignon filet with candied pears or a porto beef pad and asparagus tips.
