Virkelig et skønt sted med en fantastisk udsigt over Lyon by og store åbne vidder. Vi havde en enkelt overnatning og var de eneste , der spiste om aftenen. Ikke desto mindre nød vi en dejlig middag serveret i haven af det meget søde værtspar. Vi følte os meget hjemme og vil meget gerne komme igen

Un lieu d exception tant pour l accueil exceptionnel, l environnement, les chambres et la table d hôte digne des meilleurs restaurants privilégiant le local et préservant ainsi notre empreinte carbone, votre animal de compagnie sera accueilli comme un roi merci et bravo ne changez rien ????????????????

Les gérants sont très accueillants, le site est super avec une vue sur Lyon, les vallées du Gier et du Rhône et monts environnants. Le village est ancien mais très bien entretenu et resté dans le style XVII siecle. Nous y avons passé une nuit avec petit déjeuner, tout était très bien. Le prix est à la hauteur du service, nous n'avons pas dîné mais leur site donne envie. A revenir si besoin lors d'un déplacement dans les monts du Lyonnais.

We stayed for a long weekend in Chateau de Riverie and had an amazing time!
Upon our arrival we immediately got seated in the garden and were served a plate with fresh strawberries, cheeses and cold cuts, and of course a glass of wine.
Some things which stood out:
*Super clean room and bathroom.
*Attention to detail, service was the best we had in France so far and we have been coming for a long time.
*Great food. While we are used to great food in France, chef Stephane is really a pro. One night we ate in Lyon and we wished we had stayed in to eat at the Chateau ????
Price/quality ratio is way better than many other Chateau’s we stayed at during our holiday, we didn’t hold back with anything and the total was 600 euro for 3 nights which is great value.
Next year we will come again ????????

Une parenthèse enchantée : Morena et Stéphane sont adorables et très disponibles, sans être omniprésents. Le château est superbe, très bien rénové. Les chambres sont toutes plus jolies les unes que les autres et la propreté est absolument parfaite. C’est digne d’un étoilé.
Le dîner était délicieux, le vin conseillé parfait et la flambée dans la cheminée tout à fait adaptée à la saison.
Et le petit-déjeuner était parfait.
Nous y retournerons, c’est une certitude.
