Like the menu, where Cédric Boutroux invites us to discover flavours from elsewhere, but also highlights local products. Culinary journey with Caribbean cod fritters, prawn spring rolls, or a Serrano Trevélez raw ham. Lyon return with a beautiful pan-fried veal liver or the Bresse chicken roasted on a spit.
