What's this winery hiding in this beautiful building in the chic 6th arrondissement? Created in 2020 by wine enthusiasts Franck and Grégoire, Chai Saint Olive is the first urban wine cellar to open in Lyon. It's an exceptional place to discover the world of wine (tastings, workshops...) thanks to Marie, the cellar mistress. Local production - labelled "Fabriqué à Lyon" - made from local grape varieties - chardonnay, viognier, gamay and syrah - selected from estates less than 80 km away. Urban wines matured in stainless steel vats or barrels, and bottled on site. Organize private or corporate events while enjoying a fine glass of wine.
