Un excellent séjour. Hôtel confortable et bien équipé, les chambres sont propres et la vue sur le fleuve est fort appréciable. Tranquillité assurée, personnel accueillant et disponible. Petit- déjeuner buffet avec un grand choix de produits frais et goûteux

Accueil téléphonique très agréable avec une pointe d’humour. Nous a très bien conseillé avant notre venue. Carmen nous a fait un très bel accueil à l’hôtel, a pris le temps de nous expliquer pour les bus et l’ensemble des équipements de l’hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés un peu tôt et elle nous a trouver une chambre disponible pour que nous n’ayons pas à attendre que celle qui nous était attribuée. Petit déjeuné complet et personnel discret. Chambre très propre qui sentait super bon, lit très douillet. Le p’tit plus c’est la proximité avec la salle de spectacle et le message d’accueil personnalisé dans la chambre. Séjour parfait pour ma tante et moi même.

Hôtel bien situé, chambre correct/spacieuse, par contre accueil hyper froid lors du Check out ce matin j’ai pas du tout apprécié, la dame s’est forcé à me dire bonjour il faudrait vraiment revoir votre relationnel et encore plus avec vos clients qui sont membre du groupe IHG..

Expérience très désagréable au Crowne Plaza Lyon. Après avoir réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel, nous arrivons à 02h30 (pendant la nuit). Le personnel me dit qu'ils n'ont pas ma réservation et refuse de m'attribuer une chambre. Il restait certainement des chambres car Booking indiquait 10 chambres restantes. Le personnel n'a pas hésité à me souhaiter une bonne nuit, alors que j'étais tout seul avec mes valises, non motorisé, et qu'il était presque 03h du matin. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel , cette expérience était très désagréable.
