Restaurant with an exceptional quality-price ratio and a small terrace in Lyon.
Py is the fruit of a gourmet marriage between two passionate chefs: Pierre Mercier and Yuko Matsumoto. First created in the Croix-Rousse, the bistronomic restaurant moved to the Cours Vitton 7 years ago. This Franco-Japanese fusion offers a veritable voyage through flavors. Using perfectly mastered techniques, the chefs bring to the fore original, airy tastes. The dishes are full of surprises, from the famous Royale-style hare with foie gras to line-caught sea bass, leeks and Jerusalem artichokes with grated caviar. Wonderful combinations at affordable prices, not to mention divine desserts. Excellent value in its category.
