What a delight to take part in a gentle Mutinerie in this gourmet area of the 6th arrondissement. The décor, with its natural warmth of brick and hints of plants, is truly original. Chef Nicolas Seibold's cuisine puts the product at the heart of the plate. Neither classic nor modern, the chef blazes a personal trail with his creations full of natural sensations. Un personnel accueillant, une salle très agréable, ambiance décontractée, une cuisine très pointue, avec des produits de qualité, une succession de vins tous très différents, une belle aventure, je n'ai pas vu passer les 4 heures !
Seul bémol, le fromage retravaillé/déstructuré, je ne suis pas convaincu de l'intérêt.

Nous sommes venus hier soir, en amoureux,pour les 40 ans de mon conjoint. Ce fut une soirée absolument fabuleuse. Les goûts sont extraordinaires, les assiettes sublimes. Nous avons pris également l'accord Mets et vins et nous nous sommes laissé porter.
C'est un restaurant très cosy, calme.
Les clients avaient l'air sur la retenue, mais de notre côté.. on a profité et rigolé !
