This Sommelier may be discreetly installed in a little street in Vieux Lyon, on the Saint-Georges side, but she has a rightful place in our list of gourmet favourites. A Sommelier from elsewhere. Sommelier Shoko Hasegawa and chef Takafumi Kikuchi form a perfect duo. Un service tout en douceur pour déguster ce menu imposé en 8 services.
Menu d'été avec des produits nobles tels que le foie gras ou le turbo, poisson du jour. Et des desserts basés sur les fruits et la fraîcheur.
Pour les boissons, nous avons choisi l'apéritif maison puis une bouteille de Crozes Hermitage.
Ce déjeuner fut un sans faute. Et nous reviendrons, ça c'est sûr !!! ????

Excellent food. It felt very special to be one of eight patrons during our dinner. If you are accustomed to asian flavours, you may not be "wowed" or surprised by the flavour combinations of some dishes. All details, such as cutlery and plates were chosen with extereme care and our experience was very pleasant.
