Restaurant with a superb terrace offering traditional Lyon cuisine in Lyon.

Paying homage to beef, nestled on the corner of Vieux-Lyon's most beautiful square, Le Comptoir du Bœuf offers a picture-postcard terrace and two characterful dining rooms, but above all excellent traditional cuisine, featuring Lyonnais specialties and Charolais meats. The team led by Sébastien Chenu offer a warm welcome at their Comptoir, and chef Marie-Noëlle Brun's home-cooking is based on quality products, starting with a selection of meats, from the house Charolais hamburger with Savoy tomme to the super prime rib for two, including the unmissable "assiette du boucher". Fine local keels. Exceptional value for money and pleasure in the heart of Vieux-Lyon.

Nous avons réservé ce restaurant pour la fête des lumières depuis le 19 novembre. Et ce jour une personne me contacte pour annuler la réservation !!!. Car ce jour là pas de réservation possible. La solution venir à 11h30. La problématique nous venons de Marseille. La personne me répond je suis désolé mais j annule votre réservation. Nous pensons bien que la fête des lumières fait venir beaucoup monde mais encore faut il pouvoir les accueillir correctement.

Service super sympa ...bien mangé. Juste un bémol sur les lardons de la salade lyonnaise ils étaient froids et pas du tout grillés...sinon c était très bien
