Chef Marie-Noëlle Brun works exclusively with quality produce on a menu featuring Lyon specialties alongside a remarkable selection of meats in the Assiette du boucher. Nous avons pris 4 apéritifs dont 2 Ricard. A l'arrivée les 2 Ricard n'étaient pas de même quantité, celui de mon épouse : la moitié de mon verre. Il n'y avait aucun petit accompagnement. Les 2 pavés de boeuf n'étaient pas tendre du tout cependant leur goût était bien bon. Rien à redire sur le service et les serveurs.

Une viande d'exception, nous sommes notamment venus pour le boeuf rossini qui était vraiment fantastique. Si l'on devait trouver un petit défaut, l'escalope de foie gras poêlée n'étais pas assez chaude.
