SIMPLICITE
Naturally inscribed in the slope amount to Fourvière, what beautiful Simplicity in this place. It all starts with the light terrace, on the other side of the road, under the trees and under the protection of a person as adorable as efficient, respecting the timing of our meal. The room offers a different décor. Almost immaculate, even the paintings are white, and some black touches, the seats of the bar or plates. But this apparent simplicity emerges from strong elements, such as this high quality sound universe and projection on image walls via a projector. The other Simplicity is found on the base of a user-friendly chef, who willingly passes in the room to recommend his dish of the day warmly. The card has no more than dishes, the summer adds up with the skewers and the menu of the day, to advise strongly, presents two entrances and two dishes, one meat and one fish. The all sounds admirably fair, realized with seasonal products: Bressane salad to cru and raw ham, magret from duck vinegar, to finish on homemade desserts like this lemon pie. From the simplicity that is neither the ease nor the enzymes, the authenticity full of generosity, we simply love!
