A restaurant that can easily be described as historic, since it has been established in the Unesco World Heritage district for almost 50 years (47 years to be precise this year). A family affair, part of Lyon's gourmet heritage. The small dining room of around thirty covers and the patina of time lend a special charm to this unclassifiable place, a temple of Vietnamese cuisine. The "best-of" menu is called "Mỳ Xào Hồng Hà" (with a few extra accents) and remains a secret handed down from generation to generation. Discover a rich menu prepared "minute" with fresh produce. Delicious.
