Didier Galland has been a refiner and master cheese maker for over thirty years in Lyon. In his beautiful politely and carefully managed shop, you can discover much more than a simple cheese platter. You will not only discover the flavours, by following the advice of a knowledgeable guide, but you will also go to meet the producers, the shepherds, selected with passion by a field man. Impossible to choose among all the splendours: a farmhouse Cheddar, a Vieux Comté, a Brie de Melun, many Bleus which is so different, including a goat one, the famous English Stilton, a fribourg vacherin, a Corsican Tome, a Camembert with brandy... In total, between 150 and 200 cheeses are offered according to the seasons. Gourmet and practical, the cheese meal allows you to taste, in order thanks to numbers, dozens of different cheeses depending on the season. To enjoy without moderation!
