This establishment is probably the only one in this section, however Lyon. In the city that celebrates abats, which cooks with delight the pieces of cochonnailles, here is a Head of Canut, Nicolas Petri, which off us with our favorite parts. So we go quickly to the Croix-Rousse to enjoy good traditional guts that will make our tables happy.
