The nights are sweet at the Croix-Rousse in this hotel taking advantage of the charm of a historical and lively district. Nice renovation for a hotel offering cozy nights in well-equipped rooms, some with balcony open on the city. Charming and smiling welcome. Good plan: the Sunday evening offers. The plus: the view of the city from the top floor balcony.

L’accueil est très bien la literie aussi mais je n’ai pas eu de chance après 4 h de route et il faisait très froid je rêvais d’une douche chaude ..pas d’eau chaude car ils venaient de faire des travaux de réparation
Donc j’ai du attendre le lendemain donc gros point noir!
Parking payant 10€ et il faut marcher un peu ….

Location is good. Metro stop is very close , the room was OK , it is a very basic hotel. Be warned the shower was very weak.
I had one serious issue, there was a code to get into the hotel after hours, I was told the code and used it successfully the first evening. On the second evening I couldn't get into the room and whoever was the other side of the intercom gave me a new code. I asked reception about it the following day and the woman was so rude and dismissive.
I don't understand if they were changing the code then they could easily text or email.

Super séjour dans un hôtel familial. Merci beaucoup, pour votre accueil très sympathique. Ça fait plaisir de trouver un hôtel avec une douche qui s’évacue correctement ????. J’ai déjà dormi dans plusieurs hôtels, c’est la meilleure literie que j’ai trouvée. Nous étions dans une chambre twin et avons très très bien dormi. Quand je reviendrai, je penserai à demander le code pour la nuit. Pour ceux qui oublient, rassurez vous le gardien de nuit répond immédiatement à l’interphone.
La chambre était très très propre.
Pour info, le lieu est très bien desservi, le bus et le Metro sont à peine à quelques mètres de l’hôtel.
