Restaurant with a large terrace and bistro tables in Lyon.
Anchored in Lyon's culinary heritage and the gourmet landscape of the Croix-Rousse, the Chanteclair has (again) changed hands to Laurent Gerra. This doesn't change anything to the timeless beauty of the place and to the large terrace totally inescapable on the boulevard, even on market days. At the time of our visit, the menu had not really changed. In every season, Lyon tradition and contemporary dishes based on fresh quality products: egg in meurette, beef tataki, followed by a beautiful roasted whole sea bream.

Un établissement pour le personnel et du nemmabilité et une attention un vrai tartare coupé au couteau et un vrai poisson frais rien à dire il représente bien la maison Bocuse le sérieux le dignité restaurant toujours plein bravo

Une sélection de très bons produits, du bon pain frais, muesli, jus d’orange pressé, un large choix de plats chauds (les œufs bénédictine étaient délicieux) buffet à volonté fromage, charcuterie, salades…
Bref un excellent rapport qualité prix pour Lyon et la Croix Rousse dans un cadre très joli.
Le bémol, certaines personnes au service n’ont pas leurs places et doivent absolument se reprendre ou changer de métier, le sourire et l’accueil du client sont à 50% dans le fait qu’on revienne dans un établissement…
Heureusement qu’un charmant serveur a pris le relais remplaçant tous les sourires et la bonne humeur qui manquaient au reste de l’équipe
