LE PAILLERONNAIS
Everyone knows the Pailleron, this excellent south-west restaurant with a great location. Ben now, we are two for the price of one with the appearance beside the Pailleron of his little brother, the Pailleronnais. Even love for the culinary traditions of Périgord, the other country of good eating, and even smiling reception when you discover a "new" warm room that overlooks its friends origins. The menus are slightly different and we find the famous "gargantuan" that nails the beak to more than one hungry stomach by giving them good duck ducks and some recipes in the home gras, but among the périgourdins dishes, such as this cassoulet to the old…, we also discover a wind flight to the crayfish and its smoked homemade salmon. Day suggestions at 12 €, always accompanied by fresh fries and green salad. Nice support for the efforts of the mother house to share the passion of eating well.
