CapoFit is a sports center located in the heart of Lyon's 3rd arrondissement. It offers a variety of activities to meet the different needs of its clientele. Classes are reserved for women, but men are also welcome. The club stands out for its human scale, its different approach to fitness and its friendly atmosphere. At CapoFit, no one is left to their own devices, motivation remains high and results are real. Activities on offer include cross-fitness, zumba, kick-boxing, capoeira, yoga and pilates. Personalized coaching is available with a state-certified trainer. For those wishing to join, a free trial session is available.
