J'ai commandé des aiguilles de machines à coudre sur le site web ; aucune alerte sur une indisponibilité. paiement enregistré et présenté à la banque immédiatement. Et là, le statut de commande s'affiche "en attente de réapprovisionnement".
Le n° de téléphone indiqué sur le site bafouille qu'il me rappelle dans 20 minutes pour savoir quel article est en réapprovisionnement ... évidemment, aucun rappel et lorsque je prends l'initiative, info que la messagerie est pleine.
De louanges évidemment ;)
Bref, oubliez et achetez sur un site sérieux !!!

Appréciation générale : d après mon expérience dans le domaine du textile pour moi la société France Générale Machine a Coudre ca me permet d avancer dans ma production avec ce qu elle me permet d avoir comme bénéfice que ce soit au niveau temps pour les livraisons ou bien pour le service après vente notez bien j ai collaboré avec l ancien propriétaire mais c était pas pareil d ailleurs faut pas confondre entre l ancienne nomination de la société qui était France machine a coudre et celle présente France Générale Machines a Coudre, même mes ouvriers on subit a une formation gratuite de la part de la société sur deux nouvelles machines et cela on le trouve pas chez tous le monde.cela est mon propre avis et ca vient de ma propre expérience faut jamais juger avant de tenter bonne continuation a tous

Je vous les déconseilles. Bien trop chère, vous promettes plein de chose pour ne rien faire au final. Rapport de dépannage non réalisé déjà font payer pour une intervention à domicile mais emporter la machine et la renvoi par transporteur (en plus machine abîme parce que mal emballer), dise changer plein de pièce mais aucune preuve vu que par de rapport pour être sur pour la garantie. Un conseil n'écouté jamais leur conseil.

a disaster France sewing machine it sells machines that it could not repair but charge an invoice of almost 1000€ if I want nevertheless recuperar my/it me as it keeps 1 month and half I have an embroidering-machine who my cost 8900€ and is unusable and the management of the shop against card

Very bad experience France Machine Sew in Lyon at the end of October 2012!

I paid my purchase on their website, a machine pro at €1,500. No confirmation purchase, that no number followed... Empty promises of delivery week after week, I expect with patience but nothing arrive. If had TO FIGHT on the telephone with the " responsable" in France sew Machine at least once per week for 2 months! I was almost convinced that they have me " volée" , rolled in the flour. The delivery was made 2 months after the purchase (10-12 day promise...), but it missed things that I had ordered etc. I really have some ENJOYS them.
On site you can read: " To Be Chez France Machines Sewn, we insist above all on the quality of the service before and after vente." It is nothing that! The service after sales does not exist, however " service" before buying - to draw your money on the blow - it VERY well: (

The very bad experience France sewing machine!
My side I ordered at home a machine pro 8000?! I must of course pay the total amount you order, already at this time here, not even I receive an email or bill official Doc, nothing.
It is available me all that I would receive the machine under 10 days.
The 10 days pass I do not receive anything, I did not receive any number of followed, so I send an email which remains unanswered, I then decide to call, tells me simply that the machine is still in the buildings, on range and is to leave.
Ok it is a little delay, I am 1 week without wanting to receive, I were once more, and there me the same thing is said! the machine is ready to leave, I will receive it in the 4 days. I am 1 week more but not delivery, so I call still... and of course the machine is still in their room.
Here is therefore 1 month that I expect machine which I have to pay 8000?!
Needless to tell you that I do not recommend this site categorically

A catastrophe!
Staying my order one ask me to pay my purchase (why not...). One indicates delay me 3 week (not urgently does not engrave). The arrival of the product being made expect I called... the product regularly still did not... it is my companion who is... you reminder before the evening... to say as much that nothing was never done!
Las to wait I went in store for asked reimbursed... " you do not refund spare parts, I can make a avoir" ...from when a revolving access in gift repair is considered a spare part??? As a result I have best insistence for a regulation on the orders! And there surprise you leave me 2 reels access... (one of which is not the ordered number; otherwise it is not funny!). Needless to say that to have it in gift or you walk 6 months for 2 reels access does not interest me less world!
My toll purchase a France Sewing Machine: 6 months waiting, purchase double as need for the reels before the 6 months, 2 reels, one of which was not required and a good plug head with the person in charge of the somewhat blunt shop .....
