The only hotel opening onto Place Bellecour, Lyon's beating heart, the Hôtel Royal also boasts the city's oldest hotel, in operation since 1912. A historic hotel that owes a great deal to a certain Paul Bocuse, who made this prestigious location a training ground for students at his training institute (now Lyfe). An elegant 5-star establishment with classically beautiful rooms - lovers of toile de Jouy in ecstasy on every floor - and modern comforts. Second time in Lyon and tried this hotel - absolutely wonderful staff and amazing location overlooking the square in a beautiful room on the corner of the floor which was so spacious and nicely decorated - perfect for our week-long stay,.

Ein herzlicher Empfang in einem kleinen und sehr gemütlichen Hotel. Die gesamte Innenstadt ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Der kleine Balkon war ein nicht erwarteter Zusatz.
