Restaurant located close to the Place des Célestins offering products from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
It's not for want of repeating it: in Lyon, the best restaurants are not always the most visible. You have to get lost between Place des Célestins and the rest of the world to stumble across Café Terroir. Hidden away in a hellish little street, you'll find Jean-François Têtedoie and Lemmy Brou's restaurant. Should we classify it as bistronomy? Not for sure, since it lays claim to the tradition of gastronomic cuisine; but certainly, since this quality cuisine based on local produce, hence the name, is served in a bistro atmosphere and enlivened by a cellar filled with fine bottles at all prices. You can't miss the rotisserie with carving in the dining room.

La carte ou bible des vins ???? est top mais il faudrait apprendre à servir le champagne très frais, sorti de cave, chaud et difficile de faire comprendre au serveur que j’aime boire le champagne très frais.
Malgré tout, nous avons passé un agréable moment et en prime, j’ai eu la chance de dîner près d’Anne Sophie Pic, une femme que j’admire !

タルタルステーキを食べたくて近くのショップで買い物した際に店員さんにオススメを聞いたらこちらのお店を教えてもらえた。
屋外でランチ。
ドリンクと前菜のサラミとお目当てのタルタルステーキ。
パンはサービス。
前菜のサラミも軽くて食べやすかった。塩味が控えめで食べやすい。
お待ちかねのとても食べやすくて美味しいタルタル。
タルタルは外すとやたら胡椒多かったり、マスタード多過ぎる等があるけど、当然そんな事もなく。
臭みもなく、肉のカットも滑らかで食べやすい。
卵の黄身を混ぜて更にトロッと度合いを増して、どんどん箸が進むタルタル。
お値段は前菜含めて20€弱だった気がするけど、オススメだけあってとても満足できた。
タルタルステーキ好きな人にぜひオススメ。
