In a superb setting, the emblematic address of Lyon's great gastronomy, ideal for romantic dinners as well as family meals, the chef and his teams sublimate the best seasonal produce to take us on marvellous gustatory journeys: rock octopus, open-ground tomato and red hibiscus, followed by sweetbreads, morel mushrooms and caper, to finish with chocolate, black sesame and lime. Pour ma première expérience dans un restaurant gastronomique, j'ai été plus que satisfait !!! Les mets sont excellents, le service irréprochable et les renseignements sur les plats complets. La sommelière nous a très bien conseillé et renseigné également. Le personnel est très attentif et la cuisine a su s'adapter à mon régime sans lactose en me proposant des plats adaptés. Bref, c'était parfait !!
