In carefully composed plates, there is a carpaccio of jacques and Smoked salmon or salmon rillettes and house quenelle. To follow, well-composed salads, a roasted breaded self-marcellin, raw ham, potatoes, salad, home burgers served with skipped apples and salad, not to mention the Ravioles of Mother Maury.
