A 4-star Mercure Chateau Perrache hotel with a jazzy atmosphere. The ensemble is particularly refined, in an art nouveau art nouveau, and classified by historical monuments. The restaurant, at reasonable rates, is intimate, serving a tradition of tradition that combines tasteful and classic French cuisine with sometimes surprisingly exotic notes: spring green asparagus and crayfish, chervil dressing; carpaccio beef to pecorino, to follow with a fleeced ibérica grilled conflict of coral lentils, un gambas of rockets or delicious roasted cod on sage skin, creamy polenta with capers and candied tomatoes. The wine list is not great, but the essentials are there. The end of the evening is at the Riviera Express, under the glass roof, lounge bar where you can sip sparkling cocktails until in the morning in a jazzy atmosphere.
J'ai pris un burger savoureux, servi avec frites et salade. Et un café gourmand pour finir sur une touche sucrée avec spécialités lyonnaises.
