On this side of Rue Neuve, close to the Lycée Ampère, Banneton has responded to our desire to eat well even when in a hurry. What's so different about this "artisan sandwich shop"? Apart from the fact that it's so cute, with its little terrace and interior where you can sit back and relax, Banneton stands out for the quality of its homemade sandwiches. Breads made on site from organic sourdough and quality products - mostly local - for generous, tasty fillings. Delicious recipes, from the classic pastrami to the most surprising croque-truffé and marinated tuna tataki. Gonéo coffees and FBKT teas. Breakfast and snacks. Winning formula.

Le pain est bon rien à dire.
A la base j'y allais pour le cinamon roll mais j'ai été déçue. Je savais qu'il y avait du glaçage mais là c'était beaucoup trop sucré pour moi. Quand je l'ai ouvert ça coulait le sucre.... on sentait la cannelle mais dommage on sentait aussi les grains de sucre sous la langue :-(... très désagréable pour ma part.
Sinon très belle boulangerie, je tenterai quand même autre chose une prochaine fois.
L’ambiance est super sympa, il y a souvent du monde ce qui témoigne de la qualité. Il est possible de commander à emporter ou manger sur place.
Si vous avez la chance de manger sur place, le personnel est tellement adorable, respectueux et il veille à ce que vous passiez un bon moment.
Il existe deux formules, entre 11,50 et 13 et des poussières €. Les sandwichs sont juste délicieux, petit coup de cœur pour le pastrami, et les dessert varient toutes les semaines (tarte aux pommes, brownies, carrot cake).
En d’autres mots, c’est the place to eat.
