Burger restaurant based on good fresh and raw ingredients in Lyon.

An important precision, we say "Guy" in the French way, otherwise it is all Aveyron which is offended... A burger restaurant that rightly plays the quality card by preparing its sandwiches with good fresh and raw ingredients: artisanal bread, French meats and quality cheeses. Veggie version of the burgers with a big portobello mushroom. But burgers are not the only thing Guy's does, he also serves club sandwiches and gourmet salads prepared on site. Je n'y étais pas allée depuis plusieurs années et à l'époque je mangeais de la viande. Ma note aujourd'hui porte sur le burger végétarien et c'est quand même assez honteux de servir ça. Aiguillettes végétales hyper dures, une mini tranche de St Nectaire et une feuille de salade ! Résultat : un burger archi sec et sans aucun goût. Frites pas folles. Bref je m'étais arrêtée là un peu par hasard et bien je regrette LOL
