At B.L.O., you'll find the excellent Frédéric Bello, a butcher by trade, passionate by nature, who brings to the table the finest cuts of meat, cut to order and cooked by an expert chef. The choice is yours: traditional beef onglet, Irish beef tomahawk, sweetbread fricassee or Texan beef rib. All served with fries or seasonal vegetables. Even rarer cuts from the cellar, such as this Wagyu, Rubia Gallega or Limousine. Excellent wine list.

Pour être venu samedi soir entre la pièce limousine ou même Une côte de bœuf Waigu une tuerie ! Ainsi que L’accompagnement également d’ailleurs !
