A LA PECHE AUX MOULES
If a generation sang A fishing for mussels with Jacques Martin in the 1975 s, should we continue to go a little more than 40 years later rue des Marronniers in a restaurant previously praised by the Smart? This is a question that can be asked for a restaurant that does not just serve the famous mussels, but also salmon and tuna to vary the pleasures. There is an air of "good simple" nice from fishing to mussels, but not sure that Mom takes us there when there is more and more demanding quality on quality. Of course, with a menu of the day at 9,50 € and dishes between 12 and 13 € you will tell us that you cannot make a miracle. However, A la fishery, Smart confirms that it wants to go no longer.
