Restaurant proposing home-made dishes with a lovely welcome and service in Lyon.

Freshness and flavor, that's what bowls are all about. And that's exactly what Skipjack does. A funny name that refers to a tuna, the fish, not an ugly man, found in some of Signature Poke's compositions. But the best thing about Skipjack is that you can compose your own poke using vegetables, proteins, sides, sauces - including an excellent leche de tigre - toppings and a few extras for the hungrier eaters. You're immersed in the decor, the welcome is adorable and the service particularly efficient. Home-made drinks and plain cheesecake. Events version of Skipjack for your receptions. Delivery available. Good fishing!

Es un restaurante de poké bastante bueno aunque no me gustó tanto como una cadena que vi en varios sitios que es Pokawa y porque los alimentos no son tan frescos y no me gustan tanto, aunque a tí te puede gustar o no, depende.
Comí allí y era un sitio relativamente cómodo pero no tanto.
