What do we like so much about L'Écho des Galets? The fact that this address offers just the right amount of terrace breaks, sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the Presqu'île, which can sometimes be a little overwhelming. It's not the beach yet, but for over 15 years, L'Écho des Galets has been delivering on this promise in a small, pleasant square. Then there's the quality of the dishes on offer, ranging from salads and omelettes made on bilig (the cast-iron griddle on which galettes and crêpes are cooked), buckwheat galettes with a mix of traditional and homemade specialties, not forgetting the wheat crêpes with Vacances bretonnes topped with salted butter caramel. Des musiques types jazz, swing donnent une bonne ambiance et le service n'a rien à se reprocher.
J'ai demandé un supplément et un ingrédient en moins sur une crêpe, le supplément n'a pas été compté: un petit geste qui se retrouve très peu.
Les crêpes sont bien remplis et bonnes bien que le visuel n'offre pas beaucoup de fantaisie.
