Les Culottes Longues is one of Lyon's best bouchons for the art of entertaining, with Audrey in the dining room, and the art of cooking, with the excellent David Cano in the kitchen. Just a stone's throw from Bellecour, this restaurant doesn't dabble in folklore, but perpetuates the spirit of Lyon's bouchons. You'll eat well here, and you'll soon be on first-name terms with your table-mate. An astonishing spiral staircase in the middle of the room leads up to paradise. Even if paradise is already in the generous plates of seasonal ingredients. Good humor and Lyonnais specialties, such as the sweetbread and kidney duo for which the restaurant is famous. Excellent wine list, especially Beaujolais. Top cork.

Nous avons découvert se restaurant sur une vidéo(meilleur quand c est bon.)
Cela a été une pur moment de bonheur le patron et le personnelle sympa,service copieux et rapide et en plus tout est extra, une vrai cuisine à la française et à la lyonnaise une bière des canuts (blonde)absolument délicieuse des paté croûte fait maison .
Pour moi et mon épouse sa restera comme un très grand moment je ne sais pas se que je ferais pour mes 20 ans de mariages mais je n'oublierais pas cet anniversaire.
Je vous le recommande très fortement
