Yesterday's barking cheese factory is no longer, with its small tile floor and rough draught from which mélangés perfumes escape. An extraordinary garden, where all flavours, from the toughest to the most gentle, are present, to compose a complete bouquet for a true cheese meal. In the cupboard, farmers and other dairy products are used, without missing cheese sandwiches.

Juste parfait
Il n'y a là que des merveilles... Je ne vais pas dire lesquelles, parce que certaines d'entre elles arrivent et repartent le jour même dans le cabas des clients. Quant à Thierry, le fromager, c'est un modèle de gentillesse, de calme, et de professionalisme. Je suis fan.
