The climb up Grande-Côte is never as smooth as when you enter Vinica. The quality of a wine cellar lies in the caviste who selects the wines and presents them to us according to our tastes, desires and budget. Here, it's Clément - a genuine wine enthusiast and sommelier by trade, who has worked at some of the world's top Michelin-starred restaurants - who welcomes us with a smile and the best advice. The Rhône Valley is particularly well represented. Beers and spirits are also on offer to vary the pleasures. There's a wonderful surprise upstairs, with a delightful lounge for gourmet tastings and wine and cheese pairings (by reservation).
