A gourmet concept of the most unusual kind, open at equally unusual times, Pizza Lab is one of our favorites. At Pizza Lab, you can buy your own "pizza kit" consisting of a dough made with high-quality organic Italian flour, finely pulped crushed tomatoes and carefully selected mozzarella di bufala DOP. You can also enjoy "al tegamino" pizza at Pizza Fab, their new takeaway address.
