This passionate cook, who trained in pastry-making with Alain Ducasse and in cuisine at the Institut Bocuse, delivers a personal vision of contemporary Asian cuisine, blending traditional bo bun or Peking noodles served with a traditional sauce, with more personal dishes such as fried cod served with wok vegetables in the chef's own sauce. En revanche, les légumes à l'intérieur était très bons et frais, malheureusement, un peu trop de sriracha dans la sauce gribiche qui l'emporte sur le goût du reste.
Pas testé le repas sur place mais les plats ont l'air sympas et l'ambiance aussi.
Je regrette que les tickets restaurant papier aient été refusés, ceci n'étant spécifié nulle part, car à plus de 15€ le sando, ça fait un peu cher.
