While the pizza recipe will always be of Italian origin, HAPE proves that it's possible to make a good pizza with local ingredients and seasonal produce from the shortest possible circuits. On a light, well-fermented dough, kneaded on site, HAPE offers 3 bases, including a surprising squash, topped with quality products for pizzas that are both delicious and responsible. The result is pizzas with character and quirky names, such as the vegan Guylène Farmer, the Bique Kiss with goat's half-fat or the Sacrée Paulette with its slightly spicy sausage.
