Ultimo, an establishment that's hard to classify between restaurant and bar, between Italy and other countries, gives us pleasure without (too) much counting, at long hours in this lively neighborhood. And the pleasure begins when you sit down on a lively terrace, in an astonishing room, and discover a menu that has no real boundaries either. Excellent fresh homemade and organic pasta, with a special place for bucatini al ragù with melting pig or bucatini with pecorino, pepper and ganciale. Dishes to share with arancini, but also a croquette of free-range chicken with squash. Afogato to be eaten jealously. A fine wine and cocktail list.
