After discovering all the details of this splendid "tribal" decoration, we wonder about the map showing shades and couscous, with a Royal at 26 €. Smiling service, presentation in a beautiful crockery and it is appreciated that chickpeas, grapes, onions or sauces are separate from special ramekins. You can start with a Berber salad or grilled peppers, but the real choice begins with the variations of traditional dishes: fifteen couscous with their generous garnishes, the tajines, including a successful homemade lamb, and especially the famous pastilla, baked pancakes with cinnamon and almonds.
