Rue Pouteau is a street on the slopes of the Croix-Rousse in Lyon's 1st arrondissement. The street is a straight line alternating between lanes and staircases. It begins on rue Général-de-Sève and ends on rue Burdeau. Traffic flows in the direction of the street numbering, with two-way cycling and parking on one side only.
