Richard and Gaëlle Sève have imagined a project, that of MUSCO, a living factory museum in the heart of Lyon, the capital of gastronomy. With a collection of objects brought back from their numerous trips to Central America, MUSCO invites you to a playful, visual, sensory and gourmet discovery of chocolate, from the origins of cocoa production to the ultimate transformation. A unique and singular place, MUSCO houses the chocolate museum, a factory from bean to bar, a shop and a kitchen-workshop. Self-guided and guided tours (by reservation).
