After the counter where you can stop at the hour of the aperitif, you will find a warm room with warm tones between stone walls and contemporary lines. Welcome and perfect service to enjoy a beautiful seasonal cuisine with a taste of the day, mixing well with the successful "canals" such as the knife tartare or the spring vegetable lamb of spring vegetables to more elaborate dishes with delicious flavors: half-baked duck foie gras with red fruit, potholes and aubergines caponata, char white white butter or a tuna tataki with sesame condiment attached to the carrot and ginger, to finish on an indefect chocolate, caramel butter heart. A Caborone where you can easily extend your gourmand stay in one of the 11 rooms.
