Christian Gerber's home, a beautiful late 18th-century mansion overlooking the vineyards, offers a wonderful gourmet stopover. Two beautiful, warm rooms, a garden and a terrace shaded by plane trees welcome you. Chef Christian Gerber officiates with talent in the kitchen. What more could you ask for: fresh produce, especially on the Saveur du moment menu every lunchtime, refined bourgeois dishes such as the heart of veal sweetbreads, and a fine wine list? The terrace overlooking the vineyards is magical. Theme evenings.
