Restaurant with terrace located at the foot of the centuries-old aqueducts of Chaponost and offering a traditional cuisine.
At the foot of the Chaponost aqueducts, L'Auberge, named after the impressive Roman monument, continues to delight us in the present. The terrace provides a pretty, bucolic setting for savoring the finest traditional cuisine: pike quenelle with Nantua sauce, chicken liver cake with crayfish coulis and lobster bisque, duck breast au gratin dauphinois and, as a signature dish, a slice of beef fillet with morel cream and whole morels. Classics enjoyed by all generations. Privatizations available.
