VALFERME
When producers get together to offer us their local produce, without intermediaries, at a single point of sale, the result is Valferme. This gourmet stopover is run by an association of some twenty producers who take turns selling their products directly "from farm to fork". Visitors come to shop between the well-stocked shelves, while lovers of organic farming are not forgotten. Seasonal vegetables, bread, fruit, cheeses, sausages, honeys, nuts and by-products, as well as poultry and, of course, local wines.
