Grenoble-Alpes Métropole is a fertile territory, a breeding ground for innovative ideas. Visit Eybens and Saint-Martin-d'Hères, where two urban mushroom beds have been developed by Hamid, an agronomist, and Maxime, a graduate of Grenoble École de Management, the creators of Champiloop. This project, rich in human and ecological values, brings producers and consumers together in the heart of the city. A project that allows us to enjoy organic oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms, with recipes available on the site. Introductory mushroom-growing workshops and an easy-to-use home-growing kit. Urban agriculture is a reality.
