In our gourmet nets, very few fish shops in the center of Grenoble. You will have to take advantage of the mornings when the Jean Doré is open to buy seafood at the Halles Sainte-Claire. Fish freshly caught by line or by small boats from French ports. Good advice on how to prepare or to find a nice fillet without bones. Specialties of fish from the region, with trout from the Vercors, féras or perches from Lake Geneva, beautiful oysters to treat us at the time of the festivals. Good fishing.
