And although Pascal Ferrazzi is no longer at the helm of the store, the quality of the products on offer remains the same, since it's Mathis -6 years at Pascal Ferrazzi's side- who runs this fine gourmet establishment. Always the same quality for croissants, 100% pure butter and lovingly homemade, which are our morning Proust's madeleines, and cakes that take us to faraway destinations, not forgetting other chocolate specialties. New proposals to come as the months go by. A must at Easter, with original themes. The best of gourmet delights.
