A family business created by Guylène and Jean Bossy over 30 years ago, which continues in Manon's hands. An artisanal brand that combines several gourmet trades, from pastry to catering. Le Chardon Bleu has 6 stores, including 3 in Grenoble and 3 in the Grésivaudan region, where you can discover all the homemade delicacies made from local produce whenever possible. There's plenty of time to enjoy pure butter pastries. As the day progresses, the pleasures vary from pastries to snacks, salads and ready-made meals. Don't miss the Grenoble walnut cake or the famous Chardon Bleu.
